I have been licensed to practice law since 1999 and have been practicing in Gaston, Lincoln and Cleveland Counties since that time. I grew up in Vermont and moved here after I attended law school at the State University of New York at Buffalo. I am licensed to practice law only in North Carolina.
My secretary is Mandy Beaver and she is a lifelong resident of Lincolnton, North Carolina.
I like snakes and lizards, cows, pigs and various bugs and some of my hobbies include motorcycling, fishing, cooking and gardening.

My goal is to create a unique solution to your individual situation in the most cost-effective and painless way possible so that you can get on with your life. Some cases cannot be settled by mediation or agreement outside of mediation and for those cases, we prepare for court.
